At Goliath Builders, we believe building a home should feel personal. That’s

because to us, it is. We’re not a big-box builder or a flashy franchise—we’re a

small, local team that takes pride in creating homes that fit the people who live in them.

Founded in 2006 by Mark Hrubar, we started with a simple idea: that the

homebuilding process should be honest, collaborative, and tailored to each

homeowner. Since then, we’ve built over 100 custom homes across the

Tampa Bay Area, each one designed and built with care, craftsmanship, and a

deep respect for our clients’ vision.
